Financial literacy

 For the past two week for maths we have been learning financial literacy. we made our own families and we have to provide for them. I have three kids I get paid $909.6 a week and so far have not gone bankrupt. I am very happy with my progress. We have to pay for Groceries, tax, and mortgage and at the end of the "month" we have to pay for all our bills. the closet i have gone to bankruptcy is $257.54.

Genius Project

 

This term we had to pick a genius project to do by giving back to someone in our community in some way. Skylah, Millah and myself chose to give back to the hospital by making cupcakes for the children's ward staff. This is our slide with our information.

This morning Whaea Katie came and did Te Reo with us and we learnt a game like Simon Says. We were learning about prepositions which are words that tell about different positions and we made this slide.
