Te Reo Prepositions
This morning Whaea Katie came and did Te Reo with us and we learnt a game like Simon Says. We were learning about prepositions which are words that tell about different positions and we made this slide. We had to pick an animal or object and put it in different places such as over, under, above, below etc. I chose to do a dog. Here are my te reo sentences.

Grandparents day Letter
For Grandparents day we had to write our grandparents a letter.
Dear Nanny and Poppa
Thank you for putting up with me when I stay
the night and thank you for always letting me have
bbq’s because they are my favourite ways to spend
time with you. Thank you for always letting me have
ice-cream and I love your cakes, they are delicious.
I would also like to thank you for all the amazing
presents you have given me.
Lots of love Aimee
Quarantine Paragraph
Quarantine paragraph - Draft - Aimee
Lock down was a disaster in my eyes! Almost every day mum would say, ‘go for a walk’ or ‘take the dog out somewhere’ because she was always working. I also didn’t like home school because I couldn’t concentrate at home! There are so many distractions like your phone or your pets or food but at school you don’t get those things all the time. I thought it was horrible that you couldn’t see your friends as well. It was such a relief to go back to school. Let's hope there are NO MORE LOCK DOWNS!

Tasmanian Devils
Tasmanian devils have a disease going around killing most of the population. They live mostly in Australia and if they are hand raised then you could pick them up all the time. They look really mean but they aren't unless you hurt them or go near there babies. Baby Tasmanian devils are called imps and they leave their parents when they are 10 months old. They can live up to 5 or 6 years if they are in good condition they can live until they are 7 years old.
